Boys of Summer Baseball League of Indiana, Inc. (“Boys of Summer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.boysofsummer-in.org(the “Site”) to provide information and to collect registration applications for a youth baseball league.

When you submit a registration application or contact us, we may collect:

School/league represented

Address of ballpark / facility address

We currently use Google Forms to collect registration information.

Payment Information

We collect league-related payments through GoDaddy (credit/debit cards and ACH). We do not store full payment card numbers or banking credentials on our servers. GoDaddy and its payment processing partners process payment information in accordance with their policies.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we may collect:

• Browser type and device information
• Pages viewed and time spent on pages
• Referring/exit pages and general usage data

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Process and administer league registration applications
• Communicate with you about registration, scheduling, logistics, and league operations
• Facilitate league coordination and activities (including sharing necessary contact/team details with registered league participants for league operations)

• With registered league participants: We may share relevant registration/contact/team information with registered league users as needed to run and organize the league (e.g., scheduling, communications, operations).

We do not offer user accounts on the Site at this time.
