The Site provides information about the Boys of Summer Baseball League of Indiana, Inc. and enables users to submit registration applications and make league-related payments.

The Site is intended for the general public. League registrations are typically submitted by adults (e.g., coaches, team representatives, or league/school representatives). You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of the team/organization you represent.

Payments may be collected through GoDaddy (credit/debit and ACH). By making a payment, you agree:
Refunds
League-related payments are refundable only if requested on or before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on March 1 of the applicable league year/season. All payments are non-refundable after March 1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to boysofsummer_in@gmail.com and should include the payer's name, team/organization, amount paid, and payment date/receipt (if available). Approved refunds are issued back by check through USPS.
Communications
By submitting registration/contact information, you consent to receive communications from us related to league operations (e.g., scheduling, logistics, confirmations, and administrative notices). We do not send newsletters at this time.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, logos, graphics, and site design) is owned by Boys of Summer Baseball League of Indiana, Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, noncommercial use related to league participation.

The Site may rely on third-party services (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Forms, Google Analytics). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
