If you're looking to register your Junior High team, there are two ways to do so. The first is by downloading the PDF form, filling it out completely, and clicking the green "submit" button. Or, you can print the form and mail or email it back to the appropriate address. If you choose to submit the form through email, you must use the online payment method.
